I have been working at Hudson Group

Pros – They are located in airports so you are always meeting other people and I use this place as a way to network out of here since I'm in college right now.

Cons – Management isn't vocal about your performance, if you're doing something wrong, they don't tell you and let it pile up so they can write you up and terminate you. I've seen it happen to several people. I'm still there though. There is really nowhere to advance so unless you want to be a sales associate at a gift shop for the rest of your life, i wouldn't work here.

Advice to Senior Management – Management needs to communicate to their employees on their performance more. Coach your employees instead of terminating and writing them up all of the time. Treat each employee fairly.
