For a collection agency is not the worst
They do not force employees to lie to debtors
They give you time off and sometimes other incentives

Cons

As all collection agencies is very unstable
If you are not part of the in crowd ( family , spouse, or dating one of them ) there are no opportunities or fairness
Management will lie and lie to you in your face over and over

Advice to Senior Management

Be honest , lie after lie people losses respect for you
Don't treat people like disposables even if that is what they are to the company
When you get rid of someone ( fire , laid off ) don't treat them as criminals dignity and decency goes a long way
