Worked on interesting projects that were philanthropic and noble in nature. Had the opportunity to explore a few areas of interest.

Cons

Depending on the project you were working on, there were sometimes limited ways in which I could employ the full range of my skills.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

The high level management was effective at organizing sessions that could be used for review and communication between the various teams. Low level management was a little lazy, depending on the managers you worked with.

    - Opportunities to be team leader, team member and work with people with different backgrounds such as patient, clinician, engineer, policy maker;
    - Opportunities to turn research to business
    - Experiences with both hand-on work and research

    - lack of strong software engineer
    - low payment
