Interesting work but does not lead interns anywhere

I worked at Human Rights First as an intern for less than a year

ProsFlexibility, friendly environment, not so demanding. It really all depends on your supervisor.

ConsIf you desire to start a career there, an internship is not going to help. They pretty much give you your assignment and then forget who you are. Very sad because such a good organization should take care of their alumni better.

Advice to Senior ManagementEngage interns and respect them. They may come back int he future and add tremendous value to your team.
