“Good so far.”
Current Employee – been working at Humana
Pros – good place to work and it seems like there is an adequate work life balance, and also people are nice
Cons – it feels that there are certain deptartments that are siloed and it seems difficult to make connections with the leaders of the company
Advice to Senior Management – take the time and develop program for new associates to be fuly emerged in the corporate world. might help with out of town people
