Pros

Great company. They actually care about their associates and about their well being. It's a "wellness" company and they really take it seriously. They want their associates to have a healthy work/life balance. They do not micro-manage. They give you the freedom to do your job. They are selective when hiring, to give perfect customer service. Opportunities for advancement. LOVE THEM!

Cons

Some people work at home, which I have been told is a little lonely.

    Pros

salary is good. great infosec professionals, topnotch teams and strong middle management.

    Cons

Benefits suck, their is no opinion on that subject, its horrible. here you have a healthcare company that offers the worse health plan to its own people, say its to promote wellness, BS its to save a buck off the backs of your own people, no discounts to healthcare access, no free gym etc, but they parade themselves around like some great corporate steward, wellness!. Also upper management in infosec department is horrible/joke, the CYA is ridiculous, total lack of leadership, lack of strategic foresight. Make people with life threatening illnesses fight them over whats covered and whats not. I know you need to make a profit, but man when people are not just sick but real sick sick or dying and they have paid insurance for years to deny them tells me you have no soul!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management quit, get out of the way whatever, go golf, and let middle management make decisions.

    Pros

Great pay, nice bonuses! Team atmosphere was great,no issues with them.

    Cons

Management fails to be sympathetic in any way to time off and lowered production due to WHATEVER reason. 3rd party insurance they use for STD/FMLA is a hostile scam that doesnt want to pay you and harrasses your Dr.'s even after all info has been given and time off approved. Not worth the drama.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Incorporate WELL BEiNG with your employees instead of making them feel bad for getting sick and losing time. (at a health insurance company no less smh.)
