The work is interesting and stimulating. I have learned a great deal since coming to Humana.
Cons
Little chance of advancement. No respect from upper management. Decisions are made without considering the impact on those tasked to implement the changes. M

I just accepted a job there.. The pay was 30,000 I was hoping for a lil more, But at least i got the max, tjavascript:none();he minimum was 28,000.. I have a BA.. THey said on a average the Reps make 10-15000 a year extra on sales.. Is that true? Is it hard to make? Is it stressful. When I walked around the facility, everyone looked happy.. I am glad to be on the team..
