A pay check and good people to work with.

Cons

No Good health benefits are give to employees. If you are single with a child or children, the best benefit they have to offer is $300 a month in premium, $30-$40 copay and $3500 deductable before any claims is paid. They have absolutely no respect for their employees.
Management don't care. They are there physically to get their big checks and bonuses..

Advice to Senior Management

It's not all about you. The little people are the hard workers and deserve better. Give up your bonuses so your empoloyees can pay their rent. I promise you will feel good about yourself.
