Pros

If you get a nice boss, you could learn and grow in your role.
Telecommuting option for some positions.

Cons

No clear career path.
Health Insurance benefits offered could be better.
Lack of IT support, particularly in the Regional/Market offices.

Advice to Senior Management

Need to embrace the latest technology.
