    I have been working at Humana full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    None. I believe Humana is trying to impact our well being however, they do nothing about the management. I have no idea who any of the upper management is in my department.

    Cons

    Everything. It is sad. There is cattiness on every level. They have the wrong people in every managerial role. I would not even recommend this to a friend. HR/AR never do anything. We had bed bug issues for MONTHS.

    To uphold the work culture Humana says they cultivate. PLEASE

    Pros

    They market decent Medicare Advantage products

    Cons

    Incompetent management top to bottom. Disdain for sales staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Enhance communication from the top (IE: One year state and local management found out in the 8th month quotas were much higher than they had believed.) Include sales force on major hands-on field changes (IE: Major CMS change resulted in agents prospect's not being transferred.)
