Current Employee - Case Manager (RN) in Kansas City, MO

Pros

Lots of training, education, and advancement opportunities.

Cons

Most in management positions have been in their position one year or less. Lots of turn-over. Lots of closed doors. Constant changes in procedures to have productivity like other regions. There is "staff" and then there is "management". Not a happy environment to work in.

Former Employee - TeleSale Miramar (Direct Market Sales, Phone) in Miramar, FL

    Pros

Decent salary, good people to work with, good opportunities for overtime when busy. Good company if you just want to settle.

    Cons

No room for advancement. Unfair way of distributing leads to employees. Horrible benefits with very high deductibles. Management are a bunch of idiots who are reactive rather than proactive who only look good because of driven employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider replacing yourselves with competent people who know what to do that will foster an atmosphere of success that will be shared with all employees.

Current Employee - Operations Analyst  in  Louisville, KY
Current Employee - Operations Analyst in Louisville, KY

    Pros

Flexible work schedules. Very generous 401k matching program. Generous PTO

    Cons

Does not pay what you are worth unless they recruited you from a top business school. They do not invest in their employees' career development like they claim to.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Loosen the purse strings a bit. Pay people what they are worth. Everyone is replaceable but it costs 10 times more to bring in someone new than it does to keep your current employees. When talking about career development actually follow through - yes, it is ultimately the employee's responsibility however leadership has to allow them the opportunity for development.
