Pros – Humana provides a lot of room for career growth in a variety of different areas. It is also a complex and ever-changing environment that affords new challenges from day-to-day.

Cons – Working for a large company can mean that things move slowly. This can be frustrating if you see a need for change.

Advice to Senior Management – I think that Humana needs to focus more on the daily operations of the company than large, risky initiatives. Invest more in making sure our customers and members have perfect information. We need to be on the cutting edge by listening to our members and not being afraid to implement ideas not currently in use by competitors.
