Project Accountant

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
Dallas, TX

I worked at Hunt Construction full-time for more than 10 years

ProsHands on training, good project managers and field personnel, always busy.

ConsTo many jobs assigned to one employee. Leaves others with less work or like myself laid off after 15 1/2 years. Upper management did not even give a letter of reference leaving other employers wondering why you were let go.

Advice to Senior ManagementUpper management does not connect with employees at the field any longer.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
