Pros

higher potential base pay than some traditional banks.

Cons

hours, bonus structure, lies, false promises, working sundays, complete lack of support form upper management, poor communication from one department to another, passing the buck, inept coworkers

Advice to ManagementAdvice

dont promise to pay 20 per account and then when you get the major branches open drop it to 2.50 per account and only if you hit 90% to goal and tell us "we have the potential to earn more this way" its embarrassing and insulting to our intelligence.

    Incentive Pay Sucks-Revenue

Current Employee - Personal Banker in Grand Rapids, MI

    Pros

You get to work with other people who share the same beliefs that they took our pay away with this new incentive program. Have to earn REVENUE all month. This is the new buzz word going around, revenue. Have to earn at least $300 in revenue in order to receive any incentive.

    Cons

You can't share your feelings with other co-workers or management. You will get nasty notes and emails from management to not talk to your neighbors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Bring back a better compensation plan for your staff. You will be losing some great people more and more everyday. I have been telling others not to apply here, you can't live on the income.
