    Travel and work life balance. Growth of firm stretching internal resources and increasing administrative burdens.

    Pros

    Work/Life Balance is very real
    The people at Huron are really great to work with.
    Benefits package is very nice

    Cons

    Lots of middle management
    Because of the large management contingent, some micromanaging does occur
    Lack of communication between teams can sometimes lead to interesting challenges

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep investing in your people which are your most important asset
    Keep the micromanagement to a minimum as it can be reduce motivation
