Pros – +Majority of people (not all) are intelligent and good to work with
+Exposure to various industries and rules/regs
+Good IT support
+Good benefits
Cons – -Culture can vary widely between practices - from frat house to hipsters. Usually more frat than hip.
-Management competency varies widely at senior levels
-Too much emphasis on facetime with client, resulting in significant work travel.
Advice to Senior Management – Establish open 2-way feedback channels between managers and non-managers.
Offer more training opportunities. Expensing a book on programming doesn't count as training.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
