I have been working at Huron Consulting full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Most employees are happy here. Those that are no leave pretty quickly and do not taint culture
Cons – The Company's rack rates for services are way too high, which limits opportunities in the marketplace
Advice to Senior Management – Change comp structure to lower fixed amount/higher variable components to encourage performance
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
