The people - not management - try to do their best given the circumstanses.

Cons

Incompetent Management. The "Hong Kong" way of doing things. The politics are intense.

The IT department is a real mess - don't look for innovation from this department or good help. It has been stripped bare of talent and does not have nearly enough people to support the organization. It is a business disaster waiting to happen!

It is a very old company. Not enough young people to show a bright future.

Advice to Senior Management

Wake up and follow North American standards! Know our intense the politics are and diffuse them.
