I have been working at Husky Energy full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

First off, I want to say that you shouldn't believe everything on here. There is a reason why certain individuals in the IS department has worked for years at Husky, been passed over for promotion, and continues to work at Husky. These are subpar employees who would never succeed at being contractors. Husky is forced to keep subpar talent because the superstars have enough work to keep themselves busy as contractors while getting paid a much higher rate.

    Pros:
    -Good pay
-Open communication and great feedback from management
-Very friendly management once you establish rapport with them

    Cons

-Lack of structure and organization for cleaning up the existing issues

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

-Hire full-time employees to clean up the various issues (quality of work, overspending, path to promotion)

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
