I worked at Huthwaite

Pros

When there were multiple locations, it was a great place to work when it came to flexibility of where/when you worked.

Cons

Upper management didnt communicate drastic changes to employess very well. The core intelligence of the company left in 2009, making it a difficult place to strive at.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Realize people there have a bit more intelligence than you give them credit for, and that they are able to contribute more than you think.
