I worked at Hyatt

Pros

Hyatt is a great employer, great benefits = free nights at Hyatt's everywhere! If you want to move up fast this is a company to do it with.

Cons

Very long hours and you have to give everything you have, every day. Very stressful at times and trying at times.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

You should welcome back old employees more with open arms, rather than treat them like new employees. The more standards you implement the more employees are like robots.
