“Excellent opportunity”
Former Employee – worked at Hyatt
Pros – A great place to exhibit leadership and name recognition. My career was always in full view of my superiors. Rising starts are welcome.
Cons – As with any hotel, the hours can be challenging. With its ample meeting space, the larger events can be particularly challenging.
Advice to Senior Management – Encourage new ideas from your employees. With its great brand name, Hyatt should both attract new talent and let it flourish.
