    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If someone needs to go - let them go! Don't keep people around who are not pulling their weight. It is obvious who is well-liked by the managers and who is on the D-list. Once they decide they don't like you, they start documenting every little thing you do wrong. The A-list gets to move up, but the difference between the two groups is simply managerial preference.

I have been working at Hyatt full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great diverse co-workers & clientele
Lots of opportunities to learn, grow, and promote
HR listens when you tell them what you are looking for (moving up & around)

    Cons

Usually have to relocate in order to be promoted; which isn't always a con for people. Personally, I'd love to move with Hyatt someday.
