“Great place to work”
Former Employee – worked at Hyatt full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – great benefits, people are friendly, there is room for growth
Cons – upper management has favorites, lack of training for managers, no accountability from upper management
Advice to Senior Management – Don't play favorites. If a problem is brought to you or you see there might be a problem work with the people to solve it. When you say you are going to hold someone accountable hold them accountable even if they are your favorite.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
