I have been working at Hyatt full-time for less than a year

    Pros

They offer free hotel stays, they always treat their employees with the utmost respect. They make it easy to earn more money fast, it's based upon sales and customer satisfaction. This company is on the forefront of the hotel industry. And it's easy to advanced your position.

    Cons

I would make it a career if I got paid more, it's most accommodating to college students who haven't started a serious career.

I worked at Hyatt full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    the hyatt free stays
ability to move around if you want to

    Cons

salary- on a 40 hour work week but managers have to work a minimum of 50, and its always closer to 60-70 hours a week.
No bonuses or incentives for managers
raises are pathetic, 2-3% at best
They do not promote from within

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

promote from within, give opportunities to those who have worked hard for over 7 years for you. Stop the political nonsense, it shouldn't be who's butt you kiss but how hard someone works for you.
