I have been working at Hyatt as an intern (less than an year)

Pros

Great company culture. From day one, even as an intern, I was given a lot of respect and everybody was willing to help me learn. Hyatt has many opportunities for growth. Internship program offered a lot of exposure to top management. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I don't know why their internship program isn't more well known, because they have done an amazing job of putting it together.

Cons

There isn't one thing I can think of that I was dissatisfied with.

I worked at Hyatt full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Generally speaking the GMs are better than other companies. You do get 12 comp room nights a year.

    Cons

The downside of the GMs being better as noted above is that if you get you get a bad one you're doomed because they will never fire one. Hyatt is one of the smaller hotel companies so not as many opportunities to transfer or use travel benefits.
