Pros
good brand image, good structure, training and great aspiring young people.
Cons
Lack of recognition, communication, information sharing, inter-departmental conflicts, middle and high management does not want to take charge, no one claims responsibility. Do not appreciate flexibility and creativity, following rules to the dot, and unable to think outside of the box. Miss match of job and skill causing a great number of staff turn over in early months of the opening.
Advice to Senior Management
Follow the corporate culture by practicing it not only lecturing about it. Think and work as a team rather than competing interests within the organization. Give fair and timely recognition for staff who works smart. Less talking, and show more understanding. Show respect for public holidays and allow reasonable holidays and time offs.
