I have been working at Hyatt as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Such an inspiring company. Customer driven, yet they make the employees feel appreciated and loved. It pays well compared its competitors. Feels like a family.

    Cons

Not much work-life balance but that comes with the territory in hospitality. The ability to grow in your location is slim but from within the company, the possibilities are limitless.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work. Interact with your lower level employees as much as possible because happy employees=happy customer.

    Cons

Stressful, long hours, under-staffed, hard to balance work and school, no consistent work schedule
