Pros

good relationships with employees
meeting about changes, issues and congratulations
good help
recognition of employees

Cons

no training for casual staff
no explanation
not well recognize as other staff

Advice to ManagementAdvice

make more things for casual because even if they are not working a lot they need to learn and make a good wprk when they have shifts so only on the job training could be hepful and interesting

    Pros

Great job perks such as good free cafeteria food, free and discounted hotel stays worldwide, and standard benefits for full time employees.

    Cons

Very strict on appearance. Job schedule is always varying based on hotel business and events going on. You have to be available as required.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The leadership at the Hyatt is very good from my experience. Continuing praising the work of employees, having small office parties, and making sure the environment is nice to work in go a long way.

    Pros

quality operations, quality management. Great benefits of staying at hotels complimentary. Overall quality operations within the hotels. They promote from within

    Cons

IT department is behind the times. I would say an average of 5-8 years behind the times. Corporate office is the typical political game.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work. Hyatt is a quality company. I would stress that some of your hotels you own need to be renovated to maintain your marketshare.
