    I worked at Hydro One

    Pros

Good pay. Good location of head office. Good working hours. Good work conditions. Not bad ratio of men and women working in the office for an Engineering firm.

    Cons

Bias management. More bias towards women. Really hard to get hired as a full-time employee. A lot of red-tape in the system.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reduce the red-tape in the system. Hire new-graduates using a fair system and in decent proportions rather than in huge waves of hiring.
