Good exposure to some fundamental knowledge about power transmission and improve a great deal in my interpersonal skills

Pros- Good salary and benefits
- Flexible work schedule and great diversity
- Little overtime and workload is fair
- Highly value the health and safety for its employees

Cons- Internal recruitment sometimes hinder a fair opportunity for people outside the company
- Low efficiency and lots of meeting/paperwork

Advice to Senior Management- Provide a more efficient feedback system on the employee's thoughts and suggestions in improving the quality of work
- The collaboration between different departments on a single task is not efficiently facilitated due to the unclear-defined scope of work in the work breakdown strucutre

    Not all that technical. Did not learn too much. Management is bias towards girls and are mad perverted.
