    Pros

    IAC is best for those people who start there career in telecommunication and computer science, they can learn new technologies as much as they have desire.

    Cons

    Very Poor human resource management.
    hiring is only on reference base.
    No guide line about career growth during job at IAC.

    Must adopt good HR policies

    Pros

    Great benefits and treats. Interesting building architecture. You will learn many of the current technologies since this company thrives off the Internet tech.

    Cons

    No balance of work and play; expected to work excessive hours including weekends. Lackluster senior management. Very little room for career advancement or change.

    Advice to Management

    Appreciate the amount of effort and time employees put in. Or at least try to develop a more balanced work environment
