I have been working at IAC full-time (more than a year)

Pros

They really appreciate their employees and everyone is more like family than coworkers. Things are pretty casual at work, but still professional. A lot of employees are young and so the atmosphere is oftentimes pretty relaxed. They generously acknowledge and reward hard work.

Cons

vacation days are pretty limited. 10 days a year, but that's pretty standard in new york city.
