Pros

Good people. Good pay. Good work.

Cons

6 months is a long time to wait between "R and R."
Fluor worked you seven 12's and sent you on "R and R" every 12 weeks.
That kept you fresher longer.

Advice to Management

win more contracts... I'd work for you again!

    Pros

Great pay, this was mostly due to being in a union. Many jobs are located on military bases, this gives workers an opportunity to meet people from all over the country.

    Cons

Major lack of communication between management and subordinates. Company creates unrealistic expectations in order to secure more contracts. The responsibility falls on employees to meet said expectations regardless of how impossible or illogical they may be.
