Good, talented, entry level employees

Senior management is slightly out of touch, and there are extreme politics that get in the way of actual work.

    Pros

    The H.R. department is always very helpful, and understanding.

    Cons

    If there is a problem, they are a bit slow to take action, and finalize it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Being pro active is a good start, and sacrificing money for experience is always better than saving a dollar and end up with inexperienced people that can injurer patients, destroy instruments ect.

    Lots of new motivated people.

    Cons

    LAB morale isn't too good since lost accreditation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get CAP accreditation raise the minimum salary for MT's it is not competitive.
