I have been working at IATA as an intern (less than an year)

Pros

very multicultural, people are nice and friendly, many conferences happening, chance to build a network of professionals, as an intern they give you a lot of responsibilities, which is a great learning experience

Cons

salary too low, no room for career development, lots of politics happening behind the scene, people are not necessarily the best fit for their positions. I met people with no expertise who were having managerial positions.

Recommends
Neutral Outlook
Approves of CEO
