“I was not satisfied in terms of work place atmosphere, financial compensation and quality of work”
I worked at IB Times full-time for more than a year
Pros – New company with new heights and opportunities that can be cashed upon as the company grows
Cons – Financial compensation was not met on time, working hours were indisciplined, there was no hirearchial chain of command that was followed
Advice to Senior Management – Need to improve their chain of command and each person needs to be made responsible for their duties so that the employees can be kept happy in a workable atmosphere
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
