Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your front-line workers (retail) better to retain the gifted individuals you either lose to competition or to a better job within the company. Customer service is more than just an empty phrase.

    Give your employees a raise atleast 8.50 no one can live on 7 dollars anymore.
