Pros

Makes you value the time not at work. It is a job with a pay check, but one is never paid a fairly.

Cons

Save Sell Bundle, place looks like and run like a circus. Team leaders do not know the meaning of a team. They ride employees about meeting unrealistic goals till the employee quits. Your workstation is shared by everyone and their germs. If an employee goes to break or lunch some one is at their station when they get back. Employees must use un paid time to find working computer and phone. Employees are told to take PTO for a regular off day, then company claims forgot to pay you for PTO day.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go back to sin city you have the same values. Your clown tactics and games have made more people quit, then do a better job.

    Pros

Extensive, sound training. Good parking. Clean break room. Some opportunities for advancement. Minimal acceptable level of support on call center floor.

    Cons

    1) New, neophyte manager who puts her own needs in front of both the business and the employees. She does not realize that she is being too self-centered.

    2) Qualify of phones needs major improvement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Even new managers should be prepared to accept responsibility.

I have been working at IBEX Global full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

you get a paycheck, and as long as you never get sick they will leave you alone. Unless you are not meeting sales goals.

    Cons

They lie to you about what is expected from you. They lie to you about promotion potential. They lie to you about sales requirements. There is no sick leave, if you need to use your PTO time you must submit the forms weeks in advanced. If you have to go to the bathroom, you must clock out and not get paid, and you can potentially get written up for "being out of adherence," on top of not getting paid. Every sick day that requires you to call of earns you a written warning. Every single thing that you say, or do, is monitored. They will hire you to work one schedule, then with just a few hours notice tell you that your schedule has changed. If you didn't work the day that your schedule was changed, you can be written up when you show up an hour late when no body informed you that your schedule had changed.

Don't buy into the lie that there are no sales quotas. When you interview, and all through your training, they will tell you that sales are "just a way to make extra money, but they are not required." When you are out of training however, expect your first written warning to be for not meeting sales goals.

The training also sucks. Don't be surprised when you find yourself being written up for doing exactly what you were told during training. The most offensive part is when your supervisor tells you that they know training sucks, but you have to suck it up and take the final written warning for doing what you were trained to do anyways.

My suggestion for prospective employees is to take work elsewhere, anywhere else. After over twenty years of working different jobs, this is the only job that I have ever had where the thought of putting a shotgun in my mouth and pulling the trigger seems preferable to going to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Instead of promoting employees for adherence, and meeting sales goals, hire people who know what they are doing. A supervisor who can support his subordinates when they have a question is far more valuable than I supervisor who is good at selling products and has never called in sick.
