Very questionable personnel policies regarding age, job security, and general appreciation of employees at the top level. Corporate management is trying to move everything to low wage countries with no regard to effect on customers and employees.

Advice to Senior Management

Services is a tough business but trying to make it on the backs of faithful employees is ultimately a losing strategy. Make sure your customers are satisfied and the bottom line will take care of itself.
