No Respect for Employees

IT Project Manager (Current Employee) Wrocław (Poland)

Pros- work from home option
- no micromanaging
- peers are ok
- good localization
- first line manager is ok

Cons- problems with office infrastructure
- uncomfortable and unsufficient hardware (no separate screen, too small mouse)
- no respect and cooperation with employees
- unclear promotion policy and process
- very low corporate social responsibility
- senior managers practice stone-age management style

Advice to Senior ManagementRespect your people. Be realistic about the job market in Wroclaw - there are other employees, not only IBM. Deliver on your committments.

    Pros: The company has Variety of clients all over the Americas… Cons: So much offshore work has been transitioned and they are hiring HS… Advice to Senior Management: Need to revive the economy in USA not global if this… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
