“A very virtual environment. Very difficult to build your network outside of meeting people on projects.”
I worked at IBM
Pros – Great company focus on leadership. Vast knowledge resource pool to tap from. Great mentors if you are lucky to have one. An excellent brand in the market place. Benefits are very very generous.
Cons – They could pay better. Very difficult to get promoted and move up the ranks.
