I have been working at IBM

    Pros

Great people, work life balance is a priority and the benefits are solid. IBM really strives to breed a team atmosphere.

    Cons

Very segmented, on some sales opportunities you will have 7 IBM reps involved. Simple things become complicated, and the chain-of-command is a little cumbersome.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

All the kudos and pats of the back in the world don't mean anything when you cap your sales people's earnings.

    Cons

Its based on results ... Not effort. You are expected to learn on your own.. On your own time. It's a machine.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
