Pros

Good company , International brand is maintained, excellent perks,(for some salary is less than perks),WFH available in abundant, not much bench maintained compared to TCS and infy, may get good implementations .

Cons

not so easy to get on site, since lot of ibm already established at on site long back , salary is not good enough to others if you don get any perks,

I worked at IBM full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Enthusiastic company with some good technical and leadership folk - most exPwC

    Cons

    Turgid process for everything
    Not dynamic
Poor review and reward recognition processes - join without getting the necessary ticks in grade boxes and you'll spend years on irrelevant (US material) training that no one else values.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Cut the cord and move to individual profit centres for consulting and enable innovation with measured risk portfolios.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
