Good Place to work but things are changing now

ProsWFH - Now they are restricting
No swipe in swipe out ,flexible if you have good terms with your manager
More resource will be assigned for the work so the work will be shared , you will not be overloaded
Brand name wherever you go IBM name will be recognized
Management growth will be good if you sty here for some 5 years you will get good management role

ConsManager oriented company , if you have not got a Good manager then the things are really tough
Training are less
Less hike for Freshers , people who do the same work or less work will be paid high, You may need to wait for a long time to get equalized

Advice to Senior ManagementIncrease employee welfare , It not all about money !!

    Great place to start for college graduates or for people who have children and want work-life balance.

    Pros: Great training, exposure to high level projects and resources. Cons: Difficult to advance your career at IBM unless you know… Advice to Senior Management: Create a better system to identify star performers from good or average performers and allow star performers to advance… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
