Former Employee – worked at IBM full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Enthusiastic company with some good technical and leadership folk - most exPwC

Cons – Turgid process for everything
Not dynamic
Poor review and reward recognition processes - join without getting the necessary ticks in grade boxes and you'll spend years on irrelevant (US material) training that no one else values.

Advice to Senior Management – Cut the cord and move to individual profit centres for consulting and enable innovation with measured risk portfolios.
