Pros

Extremely vast portfolio; if you move from one business to another and keep doing it every 2 years, you will retire without fully knowing & exploring the company.

Ethical and very good business practices

Let's you take challenges and presents huge opportunities to work on, which you would not imagine anywhere else.

Cons

RED TAPE, RED TAPE and lastly RED TAPE! If 10 people are pushing you for a business deal, there are another 20 in line to question you why and why not to do the deal. Why is fine, but the way the processes are structured; the 20 hide behind them and say NO in the first go.

HR is actually administration. Manager is GOD.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give HR some teeth and have parity among employees pays and perks.
