    Work/life flexibility is good: working from home, solid vacation policy, 40 hour work weeks
    Good retirement plan & 401k

    Some unskilled employees; poor technical proficiency is not uncommon
    Legacy, bread-and-butter products are on life-support, technically; not much movement in these products
    Long-term career development system is ineffective in adjusting career path
    Many employees are simply frustrated

    Strong Brand and presence in marketplace
    Wide range of technology solutions provides for interesting work

    High focus on driving down costs with constant threats of layoffs
    Silos and metrics driven management style precludes effective innovation and cross organization collaboration
    Large amount of administrative pain makes getting things done quickly difficult
    Cross organization mobility is touted as a plus, but is diffiuclt in practice
