IBM Employee Review

I have been working at IBM full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – The kob security is high and you manage your time as desired of course you need to stand after you goals

Cons – Very hard to make changes and get done something differently.
Not to much meettings and when they exist very focused on bussiness goals.

Advice to Senior Management – Be more open to hear the employees

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
