Current Employee – been working at IBM full-time for less than a year
Pros – interactive and learning..............you will enjoy every bit of business rules.........cafeteria is great ..........and office environment is so cool.........buddies are helpful...so on......!!
Cons – you will feel work pressure ..........pressure of manager in a constructive way.................odd working hours so cope up with that ..........so enjoy in every respect...........
Advice to Senior Management – take a chill pill..........be stress free
