I have been working at IBM


Flexible hours as most accounts run 24x7 shifts
Ability to work from home IF given the opportunity


People in management roles allowed to act as such
Management inability to adapter or willing to change to suite the environment
Understaffed constantly
Managements inability to pay attention to problems
Managements constantly making excuses when present with problems
Other employee's (of the same level) doing no work and having to do it yourself

Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to properly staff your accounts so that your workforce is not constantly stressed and drained. This increases productivity

You need to take criticism from the employee's as things can be improved but no one is willing to listen.

Try working one week in the position that most of us are and see exactly the stress levels that come not only with it but with being told you have to work faster, quicker!
